20/21 Intro to Movement Program - $59

20 mins a day for 21 days! This program is designed to set a foundation in functional movement. I believe that most of us, even having formal training, can benefit from going back to the basics. This does not mean basic lifts, but basic muscle programming; Push, Pull, Hinge, Squat, Twist. Every morning I will email you some inspiration and a link to your daily workout. You then make it happen.

These 21 days will rewire your neurology so that your movements are more efficient. Getting stronger then comes naturally. We will create consistency. It doesn’t take a ton of work to move better, but it does take consistency. With a little commitment we can develop a mindset that appreciates the effort. From creating a regular time, and the fact that it is only 20 minutes a day, I plan to build into your psyche the value of self-care. 30/20 Intermediate Movement Program - $69

30 mins a day for 20 days over 4 weeks! This program is designed to take your movement to the next level. Whether you are just getting back to exercise or have scheduled your next ultra race, this course will enhance the way you move. There is a strong prerequisite! You have either taken the 20/21 Basic Movement Course OR you have an existing movement practice that has not been couched for the last several months. If you do not know how to move with awareness do not sign up for this course, sign up for the 21 day intro course!

That said, if you have a history of yoga, pilates, dance, etc then let’s do this. We will still back it up to the basics of moving with breath, slowing down and owning our movements and staying in positions for an extended period of time. Personal Training Session - $150

A personal training session is the first step toward the future of your healthier self. If you don’t use it, you lose it. Body weight movement is arguably the best way to achieve total brain-body connection. Understanding where you are in time and space allows for you to move around freely and safely. Daily tasks like hurrying along or reaching for your bag are no longer a threat to your nervous system. With basic floor work we will confirm that your intrinsic core is communicating clearly with your brain to stabilize your spine. From there we can move to more advanced postures like balancing and single leg work. All of this is progressive to you becoming stable in order to create mobility. I will create a session of movement that will fit your needs. Movement has remained the same for eternity, we just have fancy names for it now. Let’s get started.

A full commitment. Take your wellness and strength to the next level. Whether you are looking to get stronger, move better, run faster, etc it begins with consistency. With the Discount Package you will be off to a great start! This is a 2 month program. We will assess where you are and take you toward your personal goals. You will have access to the monthly program of your choice and we will back it up with weekly or biweekly private sessions. This is a WINNER! Anyone can train your strengths and let you do what is comfortable. It takes a trained eye to see your compensation patterns and correct them This is where progress begins.
